Albina is a Junior Lawyer at DiLex Group specialising in comprehensive legal support for business projects.

In her work with clients, Albina relies on a comprehensive understanding of business legal support, including corporate structures, the tax implications of legal decisions, and the nuances of contract law, which helps her view each client’s situation holistically.

At DiLex Group, Albina takes part in projects related to business structuring, the preparation of agreements with partners, clients, and contractors, as well as the legal support of companies at the stages of launch, scaling, and expansion into international markets. In her work, she pays particular attention to thorough legal analysis, research into the legislation of different jurisdictions, and the assessment of regulatory risks.

Albina’s key areas of expertise and practical experience include:
Corporate and tax structuring: Albina has experience in preparing legal opinions on business and founders’ income structuring, analysing corporate models, and the tax implications of legal decisions. A separate area of her work is the study of controlled foreign company (CFC) rules and the specifics of their application in European jurisdictions.
Contractual work and protection of clients’ interests: Albina takes part in developing the structure of corporate legal relationships, preparing partnership memoranda, and comprehensively documenting arrangements between founders and business partners. She also has practical experience in preparing various types of IT contracts and legal documentation for websites, including Software Development Agreements, Service Agreements, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policies, as well as drafting, reviewing, and revising Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Non-Compete Agreements (NCAs).
Intellectual property: Albina’s practical experience includes legal support on matters related to the transfer and use of intellectual property rights, including the preparation and review of agreements for the transfer of IP assets.
Crypto licensing: Albina works on matters related to the regulation of activities in the virtual assets sector and procedures for obtaining crypto licences and authorisations in the European Union and other jurisdictions. Her work includes researching regulatory requirements, analysing available licensing models, and preparing materials for selecting the appropriate jurisdiction.


Albina developed her professional interest in IT law while studying at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, and this later shaped her academic and professional specialisation. During her studies, she selected courses that combined the theoretical foundations of the legal regulation of digital technologies, modern research approaches, and the practical aspects of legal support for technology businesses. As part of her academic work, Albina paid particular attention to studying the Diia City legal regime, which was the subject of her term paper.

Albina consistently develops her professional expertise in IT law by completing specialised professional development programmes, following changes in legislation and regulatory practice, and taking part in industry events in Ukraine and internationally.

In 2026, she represented DiLex Group at the international Conversion Conf event in Warsaw, Poland. Participation in professional events helps her follow market developments, exchange experience with industry representatives, and apply current approaches in her work on client projects.
