This allows her to develop her legal practice skills, which are constantly being improved based on legal science. The uniqueness of this combination is manifested in a deep and comprehensive understanding of any issue and task, the most accurate vision and coverage of the details underlying them. As a result, Mariia always offers her clients the best structural and systemic solutions that allow them to obtain the most effective results.

Mariia's many years of legal practice are based on her experience in the following areas of law: corporate, finance, tax, banking, and private international law.

Legal Support for Technology, Digital, and Crypto Projects
With deep expertise in digital technology law, Mariia helps entrepreneurs identify the most effective legal structures for a wide range of business ideas in the digital space. A distinct area of her practice is the legal support of crypto projects, ranging from the licensing of Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) to structuring business activities in accordance with the requirements of the MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) Regulation.

As part of her corporate practice, Mariia develops comprehensive legal structures for international businesses. Together with her team, she has successfully supported the launch of more than 250 startups, IT companies, and business projects across various sectors and continues to provide them with ongoing legal support.

Private Wealth and Strategic Structuring
Mariia pays particular attention to the structuring, preservation, and growth of her clients’ family wealth. She supports investment projects and helps clients establish effective cooperation with family offices. 

Mariia, together with her team, approaches each client matter by developing a thorough understanding of its substance. Every matter is analysed and structured from legal, business, and financial perspectives, with due regard to the founders’ strategic interests and current market dynamics. As a result, Mariia sees not only the individual legal issue but also the wider picture: she identifies potential risks at an early stage and offers solutions tailored to the specific nature of the business, its objectives, and the client’s individual needs.

Academic and Research Activities
The partner of the company carries out her research and academic activities to this day, teaching Philosophy of Law at the National University of "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy" (NaUKMA) as a Senior Lecturer. Mariia is also a co-author and lecturer of the course "Legal Regulation of Digital Technologies" at NaUKMA.

Mariia successfully defended her dissertation titled "School of Legal Realism and the Possibility of Using its Achievements in National Jurisprudence" and holds a PhD in Law. She is also a member of the Ukrainian National Bar Association.

Public Speaking and Industry Engagement
Mariia is an active speaker and participant in professional, business, and academic events in Ukraine and internationally. Her public engagements cover international business structuring, corporate and tax planning, the legal regulation of digital technologies and artificial intelligence, as well as other relevant areas.

International business and IT conferences are among the key areas of her public engagement. Mariia spoke at an international conference on corporate and tax structuring in Spain (2024), participated as a speaker at the Big Money Forum Valencia (2023), and also spoke at Conversion Conf – a well-known conference for the digital industry – in Barcelona, Warsaw and Limassol (2025, 2026).

Mariia is also a member and speaker of the Board Business community, where she shares practical expertise in international business structuring, jurisdiction selection, tax planning, and legal support for entrepreneurs operating in international markets.

Participation in expert, educational, and institutional events also holds an important place in her professional activity. In spring 2024, Mariia spoke at the nationwide seminar for judges of local and appellate courts, “The Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Administration of Justice: International and Ukrainian Experience”, with a presentation titled “The Use of Artificial Intelligence in Developing Judicial Reasoning: Opportunities and Risks”.

International Academic and Professional Partnerships
As part of the development of international academic partnerships, Mariia participated in delegation visits by the Faculty of Law of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy to leading universities in Europe and the United States, aimed at fostering academic cooperation. In January 2024, the delegation visited Yale Law School in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, and in summer 2026 – the Faculty of Law at the University of Salamanca in Spain.

Through her active public and professional activities, Mariia continuously expands her network of international partnerships with top-tier professionals across various jurisdictions and areas of practice. She maintains regular engagement with the legal and business communities of different countries, participates in international events, and develops professional relationships with local experts, enabling her to provide clients with relevant, practical, and effective turnkey solutions.
