From the very first days of her interaction with law, Mariia has successfully combined fundamental theoretical study of issues with daily practice in solving complex problems. This allows her to develop her legal practice skills, which are constantly being improved based on legal science. The uniqueness of this combination is manifested in a deep and comprehensive understanding of any issue and task, the most accurate vision and coverage of the details underlying them. As a result, Mariia always offers her clients the best structural and systemic solutions that allow them to obtain the most effective results.
Mariia's many years of legal practice are based on her experience in the following areas of law: corporate, finance, tax, banking and private international law.
During her professional career, Mariia has developed a comprehensive legal structure
for business, and has successfully launched and supported more than 150 startups in IT and other business areas.
The partner of the company carries out her academic activities to this day, teaching philosophy
of law at the National University of "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy" (NaUKMA) as a senior lecturer. Mariia is also a co-author and lecturer of the course "Legal Regulation of Digital Technologies"
at NaUKMA.
Mariia successfully defended her dissertation titled "School of Legal Realism and the Possibility
of Using its Achievements in National Jurisprudence" and holds a PhD in Law. She is also
a member of the Ukrainian National Bar Association.
Mariia is a speaker at various events both in Ukraine and abroad. In the spring of 2024,
she spoke at the All-Ukrainian seminar for judges of local and appellate courts "Application of Artificial Intelligence in Justice: Foreign and Domestic Experience" with a report on the topic
"The use of artificial intelligence to form judicial arguments: a vector of opportunities and risks".
In 2024, the partner of the company was a speaker at the international conference on corporate and tax structuring held in Spain, and in 2023, she made a presentation at the Big Money Forum Valencia. In January 2024, Mariia, together with other members of the delegation of the Faculty of Law of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, visited New Haven (Connecticut, USA) to establish cooperation with Yale School of Law.
