Olha is a Senior Lawyer at DiLex Group specialising in international corporate, tax and financial business structuring, personal tax and asset structuring for founders, and legal support for investment projects. She is also an expert in contract law.

A key focus of Olha’s practice is comprehensive legal support for businesses, from early-stage startups to complex corporate structures. Over the years, she has been part of the team behind the successful launch of more than 250 IT projects, supporting clients at every stage – from choosing the right jurisdiction to providing ongoing legal support for day-to-day business operations.

Olha has extensive experience in company incorporation and ongoing legal support across a wide range of jurisdictions, including the United States, EU countries, the United Kingdom, the UAE, Hong Kong, and many others.

Olha's research interests include domain name rights protection. In 2023, she defended her Master's thesis titled “Specific Aspects of the Protection and Enforcement of Domain Name Rights”. A deep understanding of this field enables Olha to successfully handle cases involving the protection of domain name rights under the UDRP and UA-DRP procedures.
