Over the course of her academic journey, Olha successfully combined her studies and legal practice, in particular, she provided consultancy to such IT area customers as digital marketers, web designers, e-commerce specialists, bloggers, etc. The practical experience acquired in various fields of law, along with the thorough knowledge obtained when studying at the best universities of Ukraine, have enabled Olha to deliver comprehensive professional legal support for diversified software projects presented on global markets. Her expertise in intellectual property law complements her support service as well as increases her customers’ legal protection level.

Olha has been working at DiLex Group since January 2022. She focuses on international corporate, tax and financial structuring, and she is a proven expert in contract law.

Olha's research interests include the domain name rights protection. In 2023, she defended her Master's thesis titled “Features of Protection and Defense of Rights to Domain Names”. A deep understanding of the subject capacitates Olha to opportunely support cases on domain name right protection under UDRP and UA-DRP procedures.
